Company Secretary
- According to ACRA, every Singapore company must appoint at least one secretary within the first six months after incorporation. - The company secretary will be the primary person responsible for ensuring that the company fulfils its administrative and reporting responsibilities and obligations as required by law. They must also ensure that all directors and shareholders are aware of their statutory obligations, such as filing annual returns.

Nominee Director Services
- The Singapore Companies Act requires all company to have at lease one director who is a Singapore Resident. This individual is usually referred to as a local nominee director or nominee director.
